- Account Creation: Accounts are created using Firebase Google Sign-In. When you sign in, we retrieve your email address and profile photo.
- Data Collection: No additional data is collected beyond the email address and profile photo provided by Google Sign-In.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities associated with it.
- Account Termination: We may suspend or delete accounts that violate this Agreement or harm our reputation.
- Fair Play Policy: You agree not to use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the Service.
2. Purchases, Payments, and Ads
- Game Services & Tournaments: The Service primarily offers mini-games, tournaments, and ad-supported content. Some features may require purchase.
- Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these payment providers.
- Refund Policy: All purchases, including tournament entry fees and in-game items, are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
- Advertising: The Service displays advertisements facilitated by Google AdSense. By using the Service, you agree to the placement of such ads and the associated use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property & Creator Content
- Creator Authorization: All voice recordings, photographs, character names, and likenesses of creators featured in our games are used with explicit permission. These assets are protected by copyright laws.
- Usage Restrictions: You have no right to extract, reuse, modify, or distribute these assets for any purpose outside of playing the game within our Service.
- Platform Rights: We reserve the right to disqualify users or remove scores from leaderboards if we suspect cheating or unfair play.
8. User-Generated Content and Leaderboards
- You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display any content you submit (such as profile names, photos, and high scores) on public leaderboards.
- Prohibited Content: You agree that your profile name and photo will not contain offensive, obscene, or illegal material. You are strictly prohibited from impersonating any celebrity or public figure.
- Meme Creation Liability: You are solely responsible for any content you create and share. We are NOT liable for any disputes or damages arising from content you create featuring third parties.
9. Service Availability & Limitations
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems resulting in service interruptions.
- We are not liable for any loss of game data, tournament progress, or potential winnings caused by technical issues or maintenance updates.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
